During my four years at Santa Clara University, I received the Mary F. Sullivan and Gerald P. Sullivan S.J. Scholarship for excellence in figurative art and the Anderson Ranch Brooks Fellowship. I also received several commissions from the University to create ceramic details, ceramic murals and freestanding sculpture which are permanently displayed on buildings throughout the University campus. Selected to participate in the Honolulu Biennial (2017), I was one of a handful of Pacific artists to create works for the Honolulu's inaugural event. Some of my works are now a part of the Hawaii State Art Museum collection. I continue to create works that serve to highlight the narratives of the conservation world in Hawai‘i and our society’s contemporary environmental values.
